Indoor Sessions

The Windward staff discusses play strategy, goal setting, and the importance of speed and agility training. We will utilize match film and Internet sources to educate our players on different aspects of tennis. These indoor sessions will be conducted only once each semester when rain is present. Indoor sessions will be held for the following groups: Academy, Advanced Academy and Select.

The schedule for the rain days are as follows:
Advanced – 1st rain day starting in March(M,W)
Select – 2nd rain day starting in March(M,W)
Academy – 1st rain day starting in March(T, Th)
