This program is the Academy's entry level program. It is for boys
and girls 14 years old and under. There will be a major emphasis
on proper footwork grips, stroke technique, and consistency. Advancement
to the academy level will take place when the player can correctly
and consistently demonstrate these skills and is ready to play in
tournaments. Private lessons are strongly recommended.

Session Fees
$200 for Members
$245 for Non-Members
Registration
Windward Lake Club members have priority registration in all of
our instructional programs. Parents must fill out a Tennis Registration
Form and turn in to the front desk before beginning in the Pre-Academy
Withdrawl form is received at the front desk.
Payments
Payments can be made by cash, check, VISA, Discover, American Express
or Mastercard. Session payments must be made on or before the first
day of each session.
Session Length
Each academy session is 8 days in length. Parents are responsible
for payment at the beginning of a new session. Any days rained out
will be credited back at the end of the session and may be applied
to the next session. Pre-Academy sessions will start on the dates
indicated to the right regardless of rainouts.
Inclement Weather
We will make a decision regarding Pre-Academy by 4:00 p.m. on days
where the weather is questionable. You may check the website, www.windwardtennisacademy.com,
or call the club at 770-442-5783 to check cancellation status, but
please do not check the website or call before 4 p.m. We strive
to only cancel Pre-Academy days when absolutely necessary, so that
we can keep sessions on schedule.
Make-ups
There are no make-ups or refunds for days missed for personal reasons
or illness. However credit may be given for a prolonged illness
or injury.
