2005 WINDWARD ACADEMY BANQUET

The 4th annual Windward Academy end of year banquet was a tremendous success. Held at the impressive Metropolitan Club, the setting and setup was extravagant and classy. The end of year banquet is Windward Academy staff’s opportunity to give back to the students that have worked so hard for them and made our Academy one of the top programs in the South. Throughout the year, the staff works hard to gather great giveaways and prizes to reward students and families for their efforts.

Prizes consisted of everything from I-Pod accessories, camcorders, digital cameras to signed racquets form Maria Sharapova and Serena Williams, a Hank Aaron signed bat, and tennis balls and posters signed by Brian Vahaly, Scoville Jenkins, and Robbie Ginepri. An X-Box 360 and a free year of Academy were our grand prizes. For the adults, a Hilton Head Getaway and free weekend Jaguar rental topped the adult giveaways.

Player of the Year winners were also recognized. The Windward Academy kids voted on which player, from each Academy level, showed the greatest desire, work ethic, and attitude throughout the year. Congratulations to all Player of the Year winners!
